Instead of forcing my choice on the readers, yesterday, on social media, there was an opinion poll. Everyone scrambled to find the poet/ess in themselves.

Vishal Shastri penned his own:
“ The denuded shoots of winter some time ago,
now flowered pinks amid the stretch of vibrant green, offer one a calming sight
Bathed in dewdrops and splashes of water,
they announce the arrival of spring on a warmer note.“
Freedom of Speech and Expression
Article 19(1) (a) states that all citizens shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression.
But this right is subject to limitations imposed under Article 19(2) which empowers the State to put ‘reasonable’ restriction on various grounds, namely, security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency and morality, contempt of court, defamation, incitement of offence, and integrity and sovereignty of India.
